AdVisIr began its journey in March 2023 with a deeply personal mission: to offer a helping hand to businesses in need of administrative support, all while breaking through the barriers that held me back for so long.
Having spent my entire career working for others, I felt a burning desire to step into a role where I could directly impact the lives of clients.

As a South African woman, I understand all too well the challenges of obtaining a degree and finding employment in our country. It's a tough road, marked with obstacles and setbacks. But it's those very challenges that fueled my determination to forge my own path and become my own boss.

The name "AdVisIr" holds a special significance.
It's a blend of "Ad" for administration, "Vis" for advisor and visa services, and "Ir" for Irinka — my personal touch, my commitment to each and every client.

AdVisIr now serves a handful of clients, carefully chosen because they align with my own passions and values.
I've never been one to do business just for the money. For me, it's about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
